Most parts used on RV’s are common to other brands still being manufactured, some just take longer to locate.

Most parts listed are stock items and can be shipped same day or next day, once your choice of payment has been  cleared. Preferred method would be credit card, which usually can post, and be packaged on its way same day.

As long as all items are stock parts, we may offer shipping discounts. Items by freight or shipped direct will not be discounted at this time. We will make every effort to keep cost as low as possible.

A lot of the current credit issues aim mostly at the retailers trying to buy inventory. If a consumer is in good standing credit wise, getting credit is not normally an issue. We here at the dealership, do have several financial institutions, with whom credit can be obtained.

Once a purchase has been made and all the papers filed correctly, the customer will be notified and given the choice of picking up or having sent certified mail. Usually takes 7 to 10 business days.

Some repairs take less time than others. If there will be required parts needed, the needed repair will take longer. The online submittal form can help in giving a better estimate of time of repair.

The dealership will be glad to prepare any type of estimate. Due to the time and effort each estimate requires, there is a basis fee of one labor hour for each. If the dealership then completes the actual repair the one hour labor will be applied as a credit to their billing.

The Service Department will do a service call by an as needed basis.  Although, we will make every effort to get to your unit, some repairs can not be done in the field. For those needing repairs, please contact the Service Department, and we will try and work with you. To be clear on cost, all service times start when our technician leaves enroute. With a technician gone, it reduces the effort for repairs here at the dealership and is billed as actual time

Most owners manuals will show what the unit can tow. But this is usually lower than the true capacity. I.e.; using different styles of hitches and equipment.
